DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between:

Seller: PEU DAĞITIM PAZARLAMA VE DIŞ TİC LTD ŞTİ
Adress: Oruçreis Mah.Tekstilkent Tic Merkezi B10 Blok No 56 Esenler İSTANBUL

Buyer: Any individual or entity that purchases digital products (e-books) from the Seller via the website.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of digital products (e-books) through the Seller's website in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY 3.1. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the purchased digital product will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout. 3.2. The Buyer must ensure the accuracy of the email address entered during purchase. The Seller is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect email input by the Buyer. 3.3. The Buyer is responsible for downloading and storing the digital product. The Seller is not liable for any lost or deleted files after delivery.

4. PAYMENT TERMS 4.1. The Buyer agrees to pay the total purchase amount using the available payment methods on the website. 4.2. All transactions will be processed in USD (United States Dollars). 4.3. The Seller is not responsible for additional charges, such as taxes or fees imposed by the Buyer's bank or payment provider.

5. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY 5.1. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds are not available once the product has been delivered. 5.2. If the Buyer experiences technical difficulties in accessing the purchased digital product, they must contact the Seller within [15] days for assistance.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS 6.1. The Buyer acknowledges that all digital products are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. 6.2. The Buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal use only. 6.3. The Buyer may not copy, distribute, resell, or modify the digital product without prior written consent from the Seller.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 7.1. The Seller is not liable for any technical issues, including but not limited to compatibility issues, software conflicts, or device malfunctions that may prevent the Buyer from accessing the digital product. 7.2. The Seller's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Buyer for the digital product.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION 8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. 8.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the courts of [Your State].

9. AMENDMENTS The Seller reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. The latest version of the Agreement will be available on the Seller's website.

10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By purchasing a digital product from the Seller's website, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
